SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our aim is to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We'll always quote the lowest shipping price available based on postal code and weight.
When do you ship?
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Orders must be received by 11am pacific time to ship out the same business day.
Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically and internationally. If you have a question about domestic or international shipments please email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do you ship?
Most of our orders ship via USPS. However, in some cases we may chose to ship via UPS or FedEx. Our aim is always save on shipping cost and brokerage fees.
Rates to ship?
We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead we charge you what shipping company charges us based on weight and location.
The Standard Shipping:
$3.99 for one item shipped domestic
$8.99 for the one item shipped product to the rest of the world
If over one item, you still only pay $3.99 for any additional items shipped domestic and $8.99 per each additional product to the rest of the world

*Please note that these are estimates and aren't guaranteed, we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items. If you have any questions about shipping or delivery, please contact us.
How to track an order that's been shipped?
If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number once the order ships.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We offer free returns and exchanges. To submit a request, please contact us quoting your order number.
Returns must be unused, in the condition you received them. We want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, and do everything we can to remove any risk of shopping online.
Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment.
